Almost no one comes into CrossFit Missoula having done CrossFit, or anything even remotely similar. Which means that every exercise you see in the photos on this website was learned by our students after they got here. As coaches, we teach you how to move, how to use your body and apply your strength so that you can do the Workouts of the Day (WOD) that you see here, and achieve your health and fitness goals.

Workout of the Day
Kettlebell focus class with coach Meredith
Using a single kettlebell, complete the following for time:
5 cleans, left hand
20 two-hand swings
5 cleans, right hand
20 two-hand swings
5 clean + squats, left hand
20 two-hand swings
5 clean + squats, right hand
20 two-hand swings
5 clean + squat + presses, left hand
20 two-hand swings
5 clean + squat + presses, right hand
20 two-hand swings
5 clean + squat + press + high pull, left hand
20 two-hand swings
5 clean + squat + press + high pull, right hand
20 two-hand swings
5 clean + squat + press + high pull + snatch, left hand
20 two-hand swings
5 clean + squat + press + high pull + snatch, right hand
20 two-hand swings
