Students, if you haven’t taken advantage of the opportunity to participate in one of coach Meredith’s kettlebell classes on Saturdays, you need to! Not only is Meredith an IKFF level 2 instructor, but she also competes for the Blackburn Kettlebell Sport Team. Her class runs on a three week rotation with our other Focus classes (Olympic-style weightlifting and gymnastics). Meredith’s next class is scheduled for Saturday, January 26.

Partner burpee time ladder

For this workout, complete 1 burpee the first minute, 2 burpees the second minute, 3 burpees the third minute, and continue in this way until 20 minutes is up or you and your partner are unable to complete the required number of burpees. Only one partner can be working out at a time.
