From the ground to overhead in a single coordinated effort. You can just about snatch anything – barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell. Or even your poodle, snatched from the jaws of a Florida alligator. Anything.

For max reps:
Tabata dumbbell snatches
Tabata sit-ups
Tabata squats
Tabata double-unders

One Tabata interval consists of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. Students and guests will be organized into teams of four, with each member of the team at a station. Each person will complete all 8 Tabata intervals at their station before moving to the next station. The clock does not stop. You have the 10 seconds following the 8th interval to get to the next station and be ready to go. Score is the sum-total reps for all four athletes.
