Establishing balance

Balance is suggestive of motion. A person in balance has options to move in ways that allows them to adjust to their environment and circumstance as they see fit. Whereas a person out of balance with themselves, their health and their environment, becomes stuck and unable to move or make decisions, and risks becoming dependent on the generosity of others.
