Alone in your home gym, you can develop a high level of strength and cardiovascular conditioning doing CrossFit. Hire a knowledgeable coach to guide you through the common pitfalls and stalling points, and organize simple progressions that take you from beginner to advanced, and you can do it in half the time. Now, add some friends to the mix or join an Affiliate, and not only will you make gains even faster, but you’ll have a lot more fun!
