Training at the edge

As your heart rate accelerates and your body begins to fatigue, controlling movement and thinking become more difficult. Training at the edge of your ability to keep it together, expands the boundaries of your fitness, making you better able to complete more work in less time. This expanded capacity could mean the difference between winning and losing, or surviving and dying.

Workout of the Day
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
30 double unders
5 ring dips
10 knees to elbows
