No problem

Shoulders don’t mind the work, unless there’s a problem in the shoulder. If there’s pain, there’s a problem. Almost always, it’s nothing more than stuck connective tissues and joints. The real problem, is not knowing how to deal with it. We don’t seem to have this problem.

Row (for calories), 1 min
Burpees, 1 min
Kettlebell swings, 24 kg, 1 min
Knees to elbows, 1 min
Rest, 1 min
