Range of motion is constant, whereas load is variable. The dip is always a dip, when full range of motion, beginning to end, is achieved. Anything less, is not a dip. Same holds true for all of the exercises in our movement pool. The only thing that ever changes for any single movement, is volume and load.

For max load:
Front squat 5-5-5 reps
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
4 L pull-ups
8 clapping push-ups
12 deadlifts, using your 5 rep front squat load
