A holy grail

One muscle-up is a holy grail of human movement. Using your arms to raise your body from hanging below the rings, to support above the rings is a wonderful demonstration of a healthy shoulder. For most people, one muscle-up is a long journey of small steps, where every step towards its achievement imparts tremendous benefit.
