Putting big weight overhead requires a foundation of functional strength, lightning speed, rock solid position, seamless coordination, hours of practice, and of course, patience. Every kilogram added to the bar stands as testament to the work ethic of the athlete. Every PR (personal record) a proclamation of athletic progress.

Workout of the Day

Five rounds for time:
20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats

Rest 3 minutes between rounds. Score each round.
