Preparing young minds

We use the constantly varied prescription of CrossFit to help our young athletes to develop the ability to strategically manage physical tasks. Though the movement pool of our CrossFit Missoula Kids program is smaller than our adult classes, like the adults, they are exposed to various movements, loads, objectives, and time domains. The positive effect on our kids is that they not only develop the physical skills needed for life and sport, but the mental and emotional capacities of teamwork, strategy, and competition.
