12 box jumps, 24 in
12 sumo-deadlift high pulls, 95 lb

    Gosh, the soldier WODs are so great! I really feel like I have accomplished something when I finish one! And feel very connected to the others i was working along next to. What a way to start each weekend – along with a class of TFT. The best start!
