Steps To Joining CrossFit Missoula
Every time you come to train at CrossFit Missoula you will be coached. Unlike most gyms in Missoula, Montana, we require that you work with a personal trainer. We believe that quality coaching gets better results and prevents injury better than the “open gym” model.
Free Introduction. We have a very unique program at CrossFit Missoula, so we start all prospective new students with a complimentary introduction session. This is a 60-minute, private one-on-one session that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn a bit about our methods and philosophy, and experience a workout. It’s a great way for you to see if CrossFit Missoula is a good fit for you!
Become a Student. Our program is unique in that it offers the best of two worlds: (1) the energy and atmosphere of group fitness classes and (2) very personalized coaching outside of class. In class we teach CrossFit: functional exercises done at high intensity and with constant variety. Our coaching also reaches out into your life in whatever sense you may need it regarding your fitness. For some this may be nutrition or accountability to their fitness, while for others it may be coaching on making the correct, healthiest choices while traveling.
We have a very comprehensive and encompassing program; a premium program. For this reason our program is a bit more expensive than the traditional gym. Our prices range from about $96 to $175 per month.
To maintain the highest quality of training possible, we limit class registration to twelve members. Our goal is to deliver the personal attention of a private training session within the group environment.
Joining one of our fitness classes has many benefits, including camaraderie, support, motivation, and accountability. You are more likely to achieve the results you desire, and less likely to miss training days, when others are counting on you.
One-on-one Coaching. Due to injury, orthopedic limitations, or preference, new students may need or want to go through a series of private training sessions. One-on-one coaching is available throughout the week and on weekends.
