Learning fundamental movements mixed with competition and play helps to make fitness a lifetime pursuit. CrossFit Missoula will be offering a kids (ages 5-9) and teens (ages 13-16) program this summer.
Our 2015 CrossFit Missoula Kids & Teens Summer program will have two sessions.
Session One: June 30 – July 16
Session Two: July 28 – August 13
Kids will meet from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Teens will meet from 9:00-10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
