Steps to Training at CrossFit Missoula

Every time you come to train at CrossFit Missoula, you will be coached. Unlike many gyms in Missoula, Montana, we require that you work with a personal trainer. We believe that quality coaching gets better results and reduces the chance for injury better than the “open gym” model.

STEP ONE
Your first step to training with us will be to contact one of our trainers and schedule a 60-minute, one-on-one, introductory session. Use both the Trainer Page and Schedule Page to help decide which one of us to call.

This first session is free, and is necessary for you to get to know us, and for us to get to know you – your history, goals, limitations, and aspirations. Think of it as an interview, or a test drive. Where we’re both checking to see if we’re a good fit for each other.

STEP TWO
Decide on personal training, small group training, or join a team.

During the initial Intro, you and the trainer will discuss the various training options and decide which one will work best for you.

STEP THREE
Show up! Physically, emotionally, and mentally. We don’t make any claims that training at CrossFit Missoula will be easy. It may, in fact, be the hardest thing you’ve ever done! But if you can just commit to showing up, we promise, good things will happen.
