Our classes and private coaching are based on the CrossFit program originally developed by coach Greg Glassman.
CrossFit Missoula workouts are comprised of constantly varied, functional movements (like pushing, pulling, lifting, running, and throwing), performed at high intensity.
The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that both new and veteran students can complete the same workouts, side by side, both getting exactly the workout they need.
